About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established, global organization seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to serve as a strategic business partner to senior operational leadership. This is a high-impact role focused on driving financial performance, supporting decision-making, and leading planning and forecasting initiatives across a key business region.

 

This position offers strong visibility to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence both operational execution and long-term strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, providing financial insights and strategic recommendations

• Lead the development and consolidation of forecasts, annual plans, and long-range financial strategies

• Analyze operating performance, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations to improve results

• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, planning, and business analysis

• Evaluate financial results versus budget/forecast and identify risks and opportunities

• Support capital expenditure planning and investment analysis, including ROI and cost-benefit evaluations

• Drive process improvements and help streamline financial reporting and planning workflows

• Present key financial insights and updates to leadership, including participation in regional leadership meetings

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 10+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience

• Strong experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), forecasting, and budgeting

• Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders in a commercial or operational finance capacity

• Deep understanding of P&L management, working capital, and capital investment analysis

• Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional stakeholders

• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Experience driving process improvement initiatives within finance or operations

Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
