Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant | Downtown Austin (Hybrid)

 

Join a top-tier commercial litigation boutique in downtown Austin supporting high-stakes cases ranging from $1M to $200M+. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a highly respected trial team in a collaborative, people-first environment known for long-term tenure and stability.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $70K – $90K DOE
  • 100% employer-paid medical coverage
  • 6% profit sharing (after 1 year) + 25% 401(k) match

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-level administrative and litigation support
  • Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and filings
  • Manage calendars, deadlines, and scheduling for attorneys
  • Handle state and federal e-filing
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial logistics
  • Maintain case files and assist with document production
  • Support trial preparation and high-volume case management

  • Experience supporting complex commercial litigation matters
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
