LHH Recruitment Solution is assisting a growing and highly collaborative transactional team seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support a steady pipeline of acquisitions, financings, developments, and dispositions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning deals from start to finish and working closely with attorneys and team members in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial real estate transactions from initial documentation through closing and post-closing

  • Review and analyze title commitments, exceptions, and surveys; identify issues and coordinate resolution

  • Oversee title insurance process, including commitments, endorsements, and final policies

  • Prepare and organize closing documents and maintain transaction checklists and timelines

  • Handle due diligence efforts, including lien searches, entity documents, and related verifications

  • Coordinate closing logistics, including execution, funding, recording, and multi-jurisdiction requirements

  • Support loan transactions on both lender and borrower sides

  • Serve as a key point of contact for attorneys, clients, title companies, lenders, and opposing counsel

  • Contribute to process improvements and collaborate closely with team members

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience, preferably within a law firm

  • Strong hands-on experience with title and survey review

  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle closings with minimal supervision

  • Solid understanding of closing mechanics, including escrow, recording, and funding

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple active transactions

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
