LHH is partnering with a well-respected law firm in Tampa to recruit an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support its growing legal team. This opportunity is well-suited for a motivated, detail-driven paralegal who thrives in managing commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to attorneys on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and leasing transactions
Review titles and surveys, coordinate with title companies, and assist in resolving title and survey issues
Draft, review, and revise transactional documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, and closing documents
Manage due diligence processes and organize materials for thorough and accurate closing binders
Assist with entity formations, UCC filings, and lien searches
Maintain transaction checklists and track deadlines, deliverables, and key milestones
Serve as a liaison among clients, lenders, brokers, and legal teams to ensure smooth communication throughout the transaction lifecycle
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal within a law firm or corporate legal department
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law, including title and survey matters and closing procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal support tools; experience with document management systems is a plus
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
