About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and analytical Compensation Consultant. This highly consultative role supports organizations of varying sizes and industries by delivering strategic compensation planning services. You’ll be instrumental in designing market-competitive salary structures, conducting pay equity analyses, and advising on incentive and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market pricing and salary benchmarking using survey data and industry insights

  • Design and evaluate compensation structures, incentive plans, and pay equity strategies

  • Facilitate client meetings, manage project workflows, and deliver high-quality compensation reports and presentations

  • Provide guidance on FLSA compliance and federal/state wage laws

  • Collaborate with HR teams to align compensation strategies with organizational goals

  • Assist in developing training materials and compensation communications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

  • 3+ years of progressive compensation experience



Pay Details: $32.00 to $50.00 per hour
