Job Title: Construction Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $26–$28 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing construction company in Palm Beach Gardens. This is a full-time, onsite position offering stability, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects across South Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
Process high-volume invoices, including 3-way matching for materials, subcontractor payments, and equipment rentals.
Review and verify purchase orders, contracts, and vendor statements.
Ensure timely and accurate payment processing via check, ACH, and wire transfers.
Reconcile AP ledger accounts and assist with month-end close.
Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain positive relationships.
Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and approvals in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure proper coding and job cost allocation.
Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed.
Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
