Key Responsibilities:
Manage attorney calendars and coordinate meetings, depositions, and deadlines
Prepare, proofread, and electronically file legal documents in state and federal court
Handle time-sensitive administrative tasks with precision and professionalism
Support litigation processes and maintain organized case files
Processing conflict checks and opening new matters
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of legal assistant experience
Experience in construction litigation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software systems
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
