Content Marketing Manager

LHH is partnering with a growing agency client to search for a full-time Marketing Content Manager who thrives in a client-facing, collaborative environment. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—and is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life across digital, social, and video platforms.

If you are passionate about leading the development and execution of content and digital marketing initiatives, working closely with internal teams, creatives, and clients, and working as a confident brand ambassador while delivering impactful marketing solutions, this role may be for you!!!

Location: Onsite with flexibility - Greater Milwaukee Area

Compensation: $70K-$80K base

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, Project Management, or similar

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, video content, or communications with experience working in the B2B industrial manufacturing sector

• Proven experience in a client or customer facing role (agency background strongly preferred)

• Strong writing skills across content, social media, and email

• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically

• Confident, professional communication style

• Creative, proactive problem-solver who brings fresh ideas forward

• Experience collaborating with videographers, designers, and cross-functional teams

**If you have trade show, event, or onsite content production experience and familiarity with HubSpot, E-mail marketing and digital analytics platforms/tools, it is a huge plus!!!**
