Contract Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH Recruitment is  searching for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing team in Tempe! This is a temporary, approximately 6-month opportunity covering an employee leave. The ideal candidate will have hands-on accounts payable experience and be comfortable working in both Oracle and Concur. This job is Monday-Friday, with a hybrid schedule. It is expected to last six months and is compensating up to $32/hr.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system.
• Manage expense reports and employee reimbursements through Concur.
• Verify invoice information, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with vendor inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely invoice payments.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on Accounts Payable experience.
• MUST have experience with Oracle and Concur.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
