Contract Attorney

An established and expanding legal team in Tampa is seeking a Contract Attorney with a background in real estate and construction law to assist with a growing volume of work driven by ongoing development in the area. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys hands-on involvement in transactions and development matters and is looking for a flexible, contract-based opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate and construction projects
Provide support for residential and commercial real estate transactions, including closings
Assist with land use, zoning, and development-related matters
Perform legal research and offer practical guidance on real estate and construction issues
Work closely with attorneys, clients, and third parties to keep projects on track
Conduct due diligence, including title and document review
Qualifications:
Active membership in the Florida Bar, in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate and/or construction law
Working knowledge of Florida real estate transactions and development processes
Experience handling residential and commercial closings is a plus
Strong attention to detail with solid drafting and negotiation abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Pay Details: $75.00 to $80.00 per hour
