LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing client in the Oklahoma City, OK area to fill a Contracts Specialist position.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact position partnering directly with Sales, Product, and leadership to move deals forward, reduce friction, and protect the business—without slowing it down. If you’re the type of professional who thrives at the intersection of contracts, operations, and strategy, this is one of those rare roles where you’re not just processing agreements, you’re driving how deals get done.
What You’ll Own
Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle: intake, review, redlines, approvals, execution, and tracking
Handle a variety of agreements including NDAs, MSA/MPAs, T&Cs, and supplier/customer contracts
Partner with Sales to structure deals, navigate contract terms, and keep momentum
Identify and flag risk within a defined framework—balancing speed vs. protection
Maintain and evolve templates, clause libraries, and standard language
Track key terms, renewals, and milestones across the contract portfolio
Optimize contract workflows, improving turnaround time, visibility, and scalability
Drive organization and structure within systems like Salesforce, SharePoint, and contract repositories
Build reporting around cycle times, bottlenecks, and performance metrics
Support rebate agreements and broader Sales Operations initiatives

What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years in contract management, legal support, or paralegal work
Strong experience with contract workflows, lifecycle management, and redlining
Fluency in contract structures, negotiation flow, and commercial terms
Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, or similar systems
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word (heavy formatting/redlines)
Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage high-volume workflows
Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting business stakeholders
Bonus points:
Experience with Power BI or data/reporting tools
Background supporting commercial, manufacturing, or product-driven businesses

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
