Position Summary:
As Controller, you will oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, reporting, and strategic financial planning. You’ll work closely with the executive team to guide business decisions and ensure financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage accounting operations: AP, AR, financial reporting, and month-end close

  • Supervise and coach accounting staff

  • Manage credit policies and trade credit insurance

  • Oversee cash management and banking relationships

  • Reconcile financial statements and balance sheet accounts

  • Maintain fixed asset system and support inventory analysis

  • Prepare year-end tax schedules and support external audits

  • Serve as the in-house ERP system expert

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and produce periodic financial reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • Minimum 6 years of progressive financial management experience (manufacturing background preferred)

  • Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Demonstrated leadership and personnel management experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements



Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
