Candidate Profile
· Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial acumen
· High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and integrity
· A proactive, problem-solving mindset
· Ability to communicate clearly with executive and non-finance stakeholders
· Proven leadership and team development skills
Responsibilities
· Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting processes
· Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
· Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting activities
· Manage tax, audit, and external financial partnerships
· Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
· Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives
· Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
· 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
· Prior experience in accounting leadership or Controller-level role
· Experience managing and developing accounting staff
Preferred
· CPA / MBA
· Experience in multi-entity or multi-state environments

Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
