Corporate - Accounts Payable Clerk

LHH is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a growing real estate organization in Indianapolis. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of AP experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants to join a collaborative corporate accounting team.
Responsibilities
Process high-volume invoices with accuracy
Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Support check runs and payment processing
Handle utilities and maintenance-related invoicing
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
Qualifications
2+ years of accounts payable experience
Strong Excel skills
General knowledge of accounting processes
Experience with AP systems (Entrata or Avid a plus)
Details
Compensation: Up to ~$24/hr (C2H) or ~$50K (DH)
Schedule: On-site, remote Thursdays after 90 days
Type: Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Team: Small, collaborative AP group
