LHH is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a growing real estate organization in Indianapolis. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of AP experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants to join a collaborative corporate accounting team.

Responsibilities

  • Process high-volume invoices with accuracy

  • Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

  • Support check runs and payment processing

  • Handle utilities and maintenance-related invoicing

  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience

  • Strong Excel skills

  • General knowledge of accounting processes

  • Experience with AP systems (Entrata or Avid a plus)

Details

  • Compensation: Up to ~$24/hr (C2H) or ~$50K (DH)

  • Schedule: On-site, remote Thursdays after 90 days

  • Type: Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire

  • Team: Small, collaborative AP group
