Corporate Controller
Accounting & Finance
The Corporate Controller will oversee the accuracy and integrity of the organization’s accounting and financial reporting. Reporting to the CFO, this role leads core accounting functions and ensures strong controls, efficient close processes, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate brings experience from a large, complex organization and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the accounting team, setting a strong tone across compliance, accuracy, and efficiency
Oversee monthly close, external reporting, and annual audit processes
Maintain a robust internal control environment aligned with SOX-level standards
Streamline accounting processes and improve close timelines
Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial data and effective system integrations
Support management and investor reporting with clear insights and analysis
Advise senior leadership on accounting and reporting matters
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required (MBA a plus)
15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior leadership
Experience in large-scale, complex environments; public company exposure preferred
Construction or Industrial Services experience
Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls expertise
Advanced Excel and financial systems experience; analytics tools a plus
Occasional travel (up to 10%)
