LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to hire a Corporate Legal Assistant to support attorneys in their corporate and transactional practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with strong administrative skills and experience in corporate law, entity management, and business filings.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and legal support to corporate attorneys including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents such as corporate resolutions, agreements, and correspondence
- Assist with entity formation, maintenance, and dissolution across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinate filings with state agencies and regulatory bodies
- Maintain and organize corporate records, minute books, and transaction materials
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to support legal operations
- Support attorneys with billing, time entry, and expense tracking
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a legal assistant in a law firm supporting corporate attorneys
- Strong understanding of corporate law terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working directly with clients and handling confidential information
Benefits:
Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable. Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
