Corporate Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a corporate transactional paralegal to join a well regarded mid size firm in the downtown Pittsburgh area. This firm offers exceptional benefits, paid time off, 401K matching and a supportive culture.
Responsibilities
Prepare corporate formation documents, annual reports, dissolutions, amendments
Organize and maintain corporate minute books
Assist with mergers and acquisitions
Draft various corporate documents, resolutions, contract review
Conduct legal research regarding regulatory matters
UCC filings as well as state and federal filings
Manage deadlines and the database
Work with clients and various government agencies updating statuses
Qualifications
Experience supporting attorneys within the corporate transactional space, M&A or commercial real estate
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate preferred
Prior experience in a law firm, corporate legal department or banking institution
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail
Understanding of corporate governance

Pay Details: $33.00 to $44.00 per hour
