Corporate Transactional Paralegal | Remote | $30–$50/hour

LHH is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Paralegal for a fully remote opportunity with a growing law firm. This is an immediate temporary need with the potential to convert to a permanent position.

• Fully remote

• $30–$50/hour, depending on experience

• Full-time schedule working Central Time business hours

• Temporary assignment expected through the new year or longer

• Potential for temp-to-hire

• Immediate start

What You’ll Do

• Support M&A and general corporate transactions

• Assist with due diligence and closing/post-closing matters

• Maintain corporate governance records and entity documentation

• Prepare corporate and transaction documents

• Draft and file UCC-1 and UCC-3 financing statements, amendments, and terminations

• Manage active matters independently with limited supervision

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of corporate transactional paralegal experience

• Strong M&A experience required

• Prior law firm experience required

• Hands-on experience with due diligence and corporate governance

• Experience with UCC filings

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Availability to begin quickly

• Central or Eastern time zone preferred
