Customer Operations Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Customer Operations Analyst to support customer accounts in a fast-paced, technology-enabled supply chain environment. This role combines customer service, logistics operations, data analysis, and problem-solving to help ensure smooth day-to-day execution and a high level of service.

Responsibilities:

• Support assigned customer accounts and build strong relationships through responsive, reliable communication.

• Monitor daily supply chain workflows, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.

• Investigate operational and system challenges, determine root causes, and recommend practical solutions.

• Translate customer needs into workflow, reporting, configuration, or system improvements.

• Maintain accurate data, reports, user access, and operational documentation.

• Provide platform guidance, troubleshooting, and training to customers and vendors.

• Partner with operations, technology, reporting, and customer strategy teams to improve service and efficiency.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual work.

Preferred Experience:

• Third-party logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain visibility, or logistics management systems.

• System configuration, user administration, workflow design, SQL, or data analysis.

• Supporting enterprise customers with complex supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

• 1–4+ years of experience in customer operations, logistics, supply chain, or a technology-enabled service environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

• Comfort working with operational systems, supply chain platforms, and data tools.

• Ability to translate business needs into clear process or system improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is welcomed; recent graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.

Permanent Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience
