Client Experience Lead - Customer Service
In this direct hire (permanent) role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout their journey. You’ll manage scheduling, assist with transactions, and work closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly. This role also includes leadership opportunities to guide and support junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide responsive and friendly assistance to clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate client records in our CRM platform
Address client issues with professionalism and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Assist with order entry, payment processing, and status updates
Partner with internal departments to ensure timely project execution
Offer guidance and support to junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment
What You Bring:
Associate’s degree or equivalent hands-on customer service experience
Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing or customer support role
Construction, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or similar industry experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools in a fast-paced environment
