A top client is seeking a Customer Service Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing a team, supporting revenue goals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective order, repair and contract management

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of customer service professionals, ensuring balanced workloads, strong performance, and continuous skill development

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of repair sales processes including quoting, order management, invoicing, and warranty/claims resolution

  • Drive operational excellence by implementing KPIs, monitoring performance metrics, and improving front-end customer service processes

  • Serve as the central liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure seamless communication, timely delivery, and high service levels

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service leadership, sales operations, or related environment

  • Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and proficiency with Excel and business tools

  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting

Salary: $70K - $80K (depending on experience)

Location: Onsite - Van Nuys, CA  91406

Schedule: M-F 7am - 3:30pm
