LHH Recruitment is working with a company in Mesa who is in search of a temp to hire customer service representative to join their fast paced environment. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 6am-230pm. The hourly rate is $22/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring clear and accurate communication
- Provide product and service information while resolving customer concerns
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience (call center or office environment preferred)
- MUST be able to pass background check and federal drug screening(THC is disqualifying)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working with computers and email platforms
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite consistently
