We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Brookhaven, GA. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality customer experiences.

The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for agents, policyholders, and providers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring professional and timely customer support.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and written communication

  • Resolve issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Provide accurate information using product and policy knowledge

  • Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred

  • Ideally 2+ years of office experience, including customer service

  • Insurance industry experience preferred


Skills

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability

  • Attention to detail and time management skills

  • Experience with customer service systems and databases

  • Ability to adapt in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
