We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Brookhaven, GA. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for agents, policyholders, and providers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring professional and timely customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and written communication
Resolve issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide accurate information using product and policy knowledge
Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
Ideally 2+ years of office experience, including customer service
Insurance industry experience preferred
Skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and time management skills
Experience with customer service systems and databases
Ability to adapt in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $48,000.00 per year
