Location: Carlsbad, San Diego, CA
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to support our client’s team in Carlsbad, San Diego. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account details

• Process orders, returns, and service requests with a high level of accuracy

• Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system

• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry

• Ability to multitask and work independently

Additional Details:

• Located in Carlsbad, San Diego

• Contract to hire role

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST

• Onsite schedule, Full-time role

• Compensation: $22.00 per hour
