Growing insurance organization is adding a Customer Service Representative to support a busy, fast-paced client base within the trades and construction space.
This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable on the phone, stays sharp with follow-up, and can confidently navigate direct conversations while maintaining professionalism.

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $22/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Fully on-site in Carlsbad
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with contractors and service-based clients
- Respond to inquiries related to accounts, coverage, and general support needs
- Follow up consistently via email to confirm details and next steps
- Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office
- Partner with internal team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Strong phone experience, ideally in a call center or high-volume customer service environment
- Comfortable communicating with a direct, sometimes tough client base
- Consistent and detail-oriented with email follow-up
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented and willing to support others as needed
