Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a first shift opportunity ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills and proven call center experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, billing, or general questions
Accurately enter and update customer information within internal systems
Provide timely follow-up and resolution to customer concerns
De-escalate issues and resolve complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions
Partner with internal teams to ensure customer needs are resolved quickly and efficiently
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience required
Previous call center or high-volume phone experience required
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Schedule:
First shift (standard business hours)
Pay:
$19–$20/hour, depending on experience
