About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to provide customer service while handling a variety of data entry and order-processing responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, comfortable working on a computer, and able to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
• Assist customers with orders, account questions, service requests, and general inquiries.
• Perform high-volume data entry accurately and efficiently.
• Enter and update customer, order, and account information in company systems.
• Process orders, transactions, paperwork, and service requests.
• Review information for accuracy and correct discrepancies when identified.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
• Track customer requests and provide timely follow-up.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve customer and order issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, data entry, administrative, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Strong typing, computer, and data entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, professional, and customer-focused.
