LHH is partnering with a growing company near Hudson, OH to hire a Customer Service Representative. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a fast-paced environment, strong team support, and long-term career potential.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and inbound inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Assist with order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Handle customer concerns, billing questions, and account updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
