Customer Service Representative (Direct Hire | Onsite)
Location: Downtown Indianapolis, IN
Salary: $48,000 – $50,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Fully onsite
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a growing organization in downtown Indianapolis to hire a Customer Service Representative for a direct hire opportunity. This is a critical role on a tight-knit 3-person team where personality, reliability, and customer focus are key to success.

Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with internal sales teams and customers
Provide real-time support on:
Product availability and inventory checks
Shipping status and tracking updates
Order processing and replacement requests
Enter and manage purchase orders via phone, email, fax, and EDI systems
Investigate and resolve shipping delays and order discrepancies
Support both individual customers and larger commercial accounts
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and urgency
Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and spreadsheets
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of customer service experience (call center or high-volume environment preferred)
Comfortable being on the phone for the majority of the day
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer concerns
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Experience working with an ERP system (any platform)
Intermediate Excel skills (able to navigate spreadsheets, track data, and update information)
Pay Details: $48,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
