Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to build a long‑term career in customer service. If delivering great experiences, solving problems, and making customers feel heard is what motivates you, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, chat, with professionalism and care

  • Resolve questions and issues with empathy, accuracy, and follow‑through

  • Document interactions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions

  • Consistently represent the company with a service‑first mindset

What We’re Looking For:

  • A true passion for customer service and helping others

    3+ years of customer service experience

  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills

  • A reliable, patient, and team‑oriented professional

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.85 per hour
