We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to build a long‑term career in customer service. If delivering great experiences, solving problems, and making customers feel heard is what motivates you, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Assist customers via phone, email, chat, with professionalism and care
Resolve questions and issues with empathy, accuracy, and follow‑through
Document interactions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions
Consistently represent the company with a service‑first mindset
What We’re Looking For:
A true passion for customer service and helping others
3+ years of customer service experience
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
A reliable, patient, and team‑oriented professional

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.85 per hour
