Customer Service Representative

We’re partnering with a well-established financial services company in Tempe that’s seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, fully onsite role offering consistent weekday hours and a competitive hourly rate. The schedule is Monday-Friday either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Provide account support, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases
  • Educate customers on products, services, and account features
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work onsite full-time and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
