Excellent opportunity to work onsite with a growing company in Tulsa, Ok!  This is a full time role in a business casual office.

 

Duties include:

  • Customer service and issue resolution

  • Partner with multiple departments to address customer requests

  • Offer guidance on billing inquiries

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience handling customer service for clients over the phone

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field required

  • Strong communication skills

  • Able to handle a high volume of calls

  • Strong multi-tasking skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office



Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
