Customer Service Representative-Albuquerque

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a financial services company who is in search of a customer service representative to join their team. This role is contract for now, but absolutely has potential for long term employment for the right candidate. This is a Monday-Friday schedule, ranging between 37-40 hours depending on the season. The hourly rate is up to $22/hr.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person

  • Assist customers with account questions, service requests, and general inquiries

  • Accurately enter and maintain client information in internal systems

  • Process basic account updates, documentation, and service requests

  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently

  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information

  • Ensure all interactions meet company service standards and compliance guidelines

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (financial services experience is a plus)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working in a professional office environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday

  • 37–40 hours per week depending on seasonal business needs
