Pay: Up to $16/hour

Position Overview
The Customer Service Call Center Representative will handle high?volume inbound customer calls, provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and document interactions thoroughly. This position plays an essential role in delivering a positive and consistent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer questions
- Document call details clearly and consistently in the system
- Follow all compliance, quality, and performance guidelines
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate while maintaining ownership
- Meet or exceed attendance, call quality, and customer satisfaction standards
Requirements
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication—clear, friendly, and confident
- Ability to multitask in a fast?paced environment
- Comfortable learning and working with new systems and software
- Dependable, punctual, and self?motivated
- Ability to work onsite near Pittsburgh, PA
