Customer Service Representative (Temporary)

Duration: 3 Months (Temporary)
Pay Rate: $21.63 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a Temporary Technical Customer Service Representative for a 3‑month assignment with a manufacturing client in Corona, CA. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email while supporting accurate data entry and timely communication. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone and email
Maintain a friendly, clear, and professional tone in all customer communications
Perform fast and accurate data entry across internal systems
Ensure timely follow‑up and clear communication with customers
Support customer service operations by documenting interactions and updates accurately
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fast, accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Work Environment
Temporary assignment with a manufacturing client
Onsite role based in Corona, CA
