We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and consistently delivers excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer service calls daily
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, accounts, or orders
Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Meet or exceed call volume, quality, and performance metrics
Follow established scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines
Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service or call center experience in a high‑volume environment
Proven ability to manage heavy call queues while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Comfort using CRM systems and multiple software applications simultaneously
Ability to remain calm, focused, and solutions‑oriented under pressure
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled hours
Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
