Customer Service Specialist
Location: La Mesa, CA (Onsite to start, future hybrid potential)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $22 per hour
A growing financial services company is hiring Customer Experience Specialists to support participant and client requests. This role focuses on case management, documentation, and customer support using internal CRM tools.
 
What you’ll do:

  • Respond to client inquiries (phone and/or email)

  • Document cases accurately in a CRM (Salesforce-based)

  • Follow structured workflows and service guidelines

 
What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ year of customer service, call center, or admin experience

  • Strong communication and attention to detail

  • Comfort handling confidential information

  • CRM experience preferred (Salesforce a plus)
