LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative in St. Louis, MO. This role is responsible for delivering a positive experience to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely, accurate information. This role serves as a key point of contact between the company and its customers and plays an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per/hour

 

Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and helpful manner

  • Resolve customer concerns quickly while ensuring a positive customer experience

  • Process orders, returns, account updates, and service requests accurately

  • Document customer interactions and issues within CRM or ticketing systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

  • Educate customers on products, services, and policies

  • Follow established procedures while meeting service level goals

  • Identify recurring issues and share feedback with leadership for improvement

  • Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge

  • Represent the company with professionalism and empathy

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus

  • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to problem‑solve and remain calm in challenging situations

  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or support tools

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment

  • Familiarity with order processing, billing, or account management

  • Bilingual skills a plus



Pay Details: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
