LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative in St. Louis, MO. This role is responsible for delivering a positive experience to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely, accurate information. This role serves as a key point of contact between the company and its customers and plays an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and helpful manner
Resolve customer concerns quickly while ensuring a positive customer experience
Process orders, returns, account updates, and service requests accurately
Document customer interactions and issues within CRM or ticketing systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Educate customers on products, services, and policies
Follow established procedures while meeting service level goals
Identify recurring issues and share feedback with leadership for improvement
Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge
Represent the company with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus
1+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to problem‑solve and remain calm in challenging situations
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or support tools
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment
Familiarity with order processing, billing, or account management
Bilingual skills a plus
Pay Details: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
