Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (Payment Processing)
Employment Type: Temp to Hire (6+ months then permanent)
Compensation: $21 – 23/hr. USD
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
Location: Tigard, OR (fully onsite)

- Collaborate closely on wire transfers involving companies and customers.
- Review account ledgers and investigate items requiring additional research.
- Provide internal customer service and act as a liaison between banks and clients.
- Offer accounting support to various departments.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, office administration or bank teller experience.
- Familiarity with accounting systems and terminology.
- Experience working in a high volume, highly detailed environment.
- Proficiency in sending professional emails.
