Customer Service Professional / AR Analyst
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a professional who thrives in a customer-focused environment. In this role, you’ll be the point of contact for account-related inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience while address billing and accounts receivable issues. This is a full-time, onsite job in Tulsa, OK.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to accounts receivable inquires
Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving billing issues and ensuring accurate adjustments
Evaluate credit and order limits
Manage customer calls and multi-task effectively
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
Knowledge of Excel and Word
Strong communication skills
Looking for a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
1+ year of experience in a customer service, accounts receivable, or administrative role

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.50 per hour
