LHH is seeking a driven Customer Success Associate to join a growing Customer Success team within a fast-paced, global‑facing organization. This is a newly created role designed for early-career professionals who are eager to grow quickly, excel in operational environments, and confidently support Customer Success Managers handling large global accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, learning complex systems, managing escalations, and thriving in a structured, documentation-driven environment.
Customer Success Associate (Temp‑to‑Hire) — Houston, TX
Location: Hybrid — Galleria Area, Houston, TX 77027
Schedule: Monday–Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote
Pay Rate: $25–$28/hr (DOE)
Estimated Salary Upon Conversion: $52,000–$60,000

Key Responsibilities
Support two Customer Success Managers with daily operational tasks
Manage customer escalations professionally and efficiently
Troubleshoot issues using internal systems and available documentation
Update CRM and internal platforms with accurate data
Analyze customer activity and assist with reporting in Excel
Learn multiple internal systems and workflows quickly
Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency
Collaborate with operations, technical, and customer support teams

Customer Service and Operational Support Experience
Experience with:
Handling escalations

This is not a SaaS-style CSM role; it is more operational and technical.
Technical Aptitude
Comfortable with Excel (formulas and pivot tables preferred)
Able to learn multiple internal platforms
CRM experience (Microsoft CRM is a plus)
Industry Background (Preferred)

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Candidates without a degree considered if performance history is strong

Training includes an intensive two‑week program, shadowing, documentation review, and learning multiple systems and processes.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
