LHH is supporting a growing organization in the Cincinnati, OH area is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team in a fast-paced call center environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for top performers. The team offers a professional and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume (around 50 calls) of inbound calls related to customer service inquiries, account questions, and service support
Assist customers with scheduling, billing inquiries, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner
Accurately document all customer interactions within internal systems
Escalate complex concerns when needed while maintaining a positive customer experience
Partner with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of previous customer service or call center experience required
Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask across systems
Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs simultaneously
Reliable attendance and strong professional demeanor
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
