Customer Support Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Logistics client in the Nashville, TN area. In this role, you’ll act as a key point of contact supporting customers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

• Type: Temp to Hire

• Location: Nashville, TN. (On-Site)

• Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

• Pay: $23-$24 per hour

Responsibilities

• Support order processing and coordinate delivery timelines

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and updates

• Research product availability, pricing, and order details within internal systems

• Process order changes, returns, and shipment updates as needed

• Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely fulfillment

• Review orders for accuracy and maintain detailed records in company systems

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, order processing, hospitality, logistics, or another fast-paced customer-facing environment.

Required Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable learning product or technical information

• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
