LHH is hiring multiple Data Entry Associates for our client in the West Loop! This is a great opportunity for someone with strong alphanumeric typing skills, and basic to intermediate experience in Excel.

Position: Data Entry Associate (Temporary)
Location: West Loop (Fulton Market)
Pay: $24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: Monday, November 16
Duration: Through the end of the year, with potential for a strong performer to be considered for a more long-term opportunity

What you’ll be doing:

• Reviewing shipment information in Excel/Google Sheets and entering dates, times, capacity, footage, and equipment details into an internal system

• Ensuring information is entered quickly and accurately

• Responding to basic customer emails such as confirmations and follow-ups

What we’re looking for:

• Strong typing, alphanumeric data entry, and computer skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Previous customer service, administrative, or data entry experience

• Logistics experience is a major plus

Please note that the company is closed on major holidays, including Thanksgiving and Christmas, but open on Black Friday and Christmas Eve.
