We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of work while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems.

  • Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

  • Maintain and update records, files, and reports as required.

  • Perform regular data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.

  • Support team members with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems.

  • Strong typing skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.



Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
