LHH Recruitment Solutions is anticipating a vareity open positions with our clients who are looking for experienced Medical Malpractice Litigation Paralegals. In particular, we anticipate that these clients will be sophisticated law firms in the area. Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of litigation experience with a particular focus in the Medical Malpractice space. (Please note we are looking for candidates with both plaintiff and defense based medical malpractice experience.) 

  2. Proactive, flexible, with excellent organizational and communication skills

  3. Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, and legal case management software

  4. Bachelors Degree and or an A.B.A. approved Paralegal Certificate.

Duties:

  1. Managing litigation matters from start to finish

  2. Drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents including notices, pleadings, discovery documents, subpoenas, exhibit lists, etc.

  3. Handling discovery and document production

  4. Summarizing depositions, ordering medical records and summarizing medical records. 

  5. Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and case management

  6. Conducting legal research as assigned

  7. Other tasks as assigned

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
