Director of Purchasing | Supply Chain Leadership
Partnering with a growing, global consumer products organization to identify a Director of Purchasing to lead strategic sourcing, inventory optimization, and supplier management across domestic and international operations.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building scalable purchasing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead purchasing and sourcing strategy to ensure optimal inventory levels and supply continuity
Oversee forecasting, inventory control, and cost-reduction initiatives
Manage and develop supplier relationships (domestic & global)
Drive purchasing policies, processes, and continuous improvement efforts
Lead and mentor a purchasing team, setting performance expectations and priorities
Partner cross-functionally to support product needs and business objectives
Qualifications:
5–7+ years of experience in purchasing/supply chain within a consumer products environment
Proven leadership experience with direct team management
Strong expertise in inventory management, forecasting, and supplier strategy
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
