LHH is partnering with a growing, innovation-driven organization to hire a Director of Supply Chain Planning & Procurement to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across a global network. This individual will play a key role in strengthening planning processes, optimizing supplier performance, and driving operational efficiency across procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

Our client offers a strong benefits package, including 4 weeks of PTO and bonus potential. The base compensation for this role ranges from $150K–$160K, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring alignment from production through customer delivery

  • Own demand and supply planning processes, including forecasting and inventory optimization

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align business needs with supply capabilities

  • Manage relationships with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturing partners

  • Oversee procurement execution, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, and negotiations

  • Coordinate inbound logistics and work closely with freight partners and brokers to ensure timely delivery

  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively address supply risks or disruptions

  • Establish and track KPIs to improve supplier performance, planning accuracy, and operational efficiency

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes and systems

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, logistics, or operations

  • Experience managing global suppliers and manufacturing partners

  • Strong background in demand planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across the business

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:

  • Experience working with international supplier networks

  • ERP experience (NetSuite or similar systems)

  • Exposure to process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives

  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills

  • Experience supporting or scaling supply chain operations within a growing organization
