LHH is partnering with a growing, innovation-driven organization to hire a Director of Supply Chain Planning & Procurement to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across a global network. This individual will play a key role in strengthening planning processes, optimizing supplier performance, and driving operational efficiency across procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Our client offers a strong benefits package, including 4 weeks of PTO and bonus potential. The base compensation for this role ranges from $150K–$160K, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring alignment from production through customer delivery
Own demand and supply planning processes, including forecasting and inventory optimization
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align business needs with supply capabilities
Manage relationships with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturing partners
Oversee procurement execution, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, and negotiations
Coordinate inbound logistics and work closely with freight partners and brokers to ensure timely delivery
Monitor inventory levels and proactively address supply risks or disruptions
Establish and track KPIs to improve supplier performance, planning accuracy, and operational efficiency
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes and systems
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, logistics, or operations
Experience managing global suppliers and manufacturing partners
Strong background in demand planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across the business
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred:
Experience working with international supplier networks
ERP experience (NetSuite or similar systems)
Exposure to process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Experience supporting or scaling supply chain operations within a growing organization
