Director of Tax

 

A global industry leader is seeking an experienced Director of Tax to oversee its worldwide tax strategy, compliance, and reporting. This executive role is ideal for a senior tax professional with deep international experience and the ability to lead a complex, multinational tax function.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead global tax strategy, planning, and risk management.

  • Oversee U.S. and international tax compliance, ASC 740 reporting, and year‑end tax processes.

  • Advise senior leadership on cross‑border planning, global minimum tax rules, and intercompany structures.

  • Manage transfer pricing, U.S. international tax provisions, and global audits.

  • Drive tax process improvements, automation, and modern tax technology adoption.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing global tax team.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting

  • CPA required.

  • 12–15+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, including 5+ years in global/international tax.

  • Strong knowledge of ASC 740, U.S. international tax rules, global compliance, and transfer pricing.

  • Experience working in a multinational environment with cross‑border complexity.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.

  • Master’s in Taxation or MBA preferred.
