Distribute Billback Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting/Billing Specialist to manage distributor billback processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers and documentation, and communicates effectively across teams and with external partners.
Excellent opportunity for someone with Chargebacks, Bill backs, Deduction experience with some AP knowledge as well!

Key Responsibilities
Process payments to distributors and maintain accurate expense records.
Manage all A/P billback invoices for assigned regions, paid via credit memos.
Accurately code expenses to appropriate G/L accounts and record entries in the system.
Audit and verify documentation prior to issuing payments.
Monitor discount opportunities and reconcile discrepancies using system reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies before payment issuance.
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Maintain and reconcile monthly distributor statements.
File and organize electronic backup documentation for historical records.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal associates and distributor contacts.
Support accounting and organizational goals through ad hoc duties and analysis as needed.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
Excellent organizational skills and habits.
Ability to analyze and audit documentation effectively.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Microsoft Excel fluency is required.
1-3 yr AP/bill back experience
Hours—9am-5pm.

This is a hybrid position. Must live commutable to Port Washington.
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
